1. General Provisions
1.1 Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all events organized by F_AKE EVENTS B.V. ("the Organizer"), including but not limited to techno music events, festivals, and related activities ("the Event"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, the attendee ("Visitor") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All Visitors are required to comply with Dutch law and any other applicable laws and regulations during the Event. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Event and potential legal action.
1.3 Social Norms and Values
Visitors are expected to adhere to all daily social norms and values. Respectful and appropriate behavior towards other Visitors, staff, and the surrounding community is mandatory.
1.4 Instructions from Staff
Visitors must follow all instructions given by the Organizer's staff or authorized personnel at all times. This includes but is not limited to security guidelines, safety protocols, and any directives related to these Terms.
1.5 Identification
All Visitors must present valid identification upon request. Acceptable forms of identification include a passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
1.6 Age Restrictions
All Events are strictly 18+. Visitors must be at least 18 years old to attend. The Organizer reserves the right to verify age and refuse entry without refund if age requirements are not met.
2. Admission and Entry
2.1 Visitation Requirement
For the safety of all Visitors, a security search is mandatory upon entry. This includes but is not limited to bag checks and pat-downs. Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denial of entry without refund.
2.2 Dress Code
The following attire is prohibited:
Tracksuits, soccer shirts, and clothing affiliated with specific groups.
Caps, balaclavas, and other face coverings.
Flashy gold or silver necklaces, fanny packs, and shoulder bags.
Sweaters or sweatshirts featuring cartoon characters.
Flashy glasses.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry based on non-compliance with the dress code.
2.3 Prohibited Items
Visitors are not permitted to bring the following items into the Event:
Food, coolers, lunch boxes.
Pressurized containers, liquid substances.
Writing materials, perfumes.
Stickers, tape, and similar items.
Chewing gum, lollipops, or similar products.
Unwieldy items such as suitcases or backpacks exceeding A4 size and thicker than 10 cm (including wheels, handles, and pockets).
Pets (except certified service animals).
Prohibited items will be confiscated and discarded.
2.4 Re-Entry Policy
Visitors are not allowed to exit and re-enter the Event premises. Exiting the Event is considered final. Taking drinks or food outside the Event premises is prohibited to prevent littering.
3. Conduct and Behavior
3.1 Appropriate Behavior
A laid-back attitude and appropriate behavior are expected at all times. Aggression, threatening behavior, or non-compliance with staff instructions will result in immediate removal without refund.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Threatening or using violence.
Making discriminatory remarks verbally or through gestures.
Sexual harassment.
Public urination.
Throwing beer, mud, or any other objects.
Blocking pathways, emergency exits, stairs, or access to fire extinguishers.
3.3 Community Respect
Visitors must respect the local community by:
Parking in designated areas.
Not urinating in public.
Respecting the property and rest of local residents.
Not littering in or around the Event site.
Non-compliance may result in removal from the Event and a ban from future Events.
3.4 Promotional Activities
Distributing promotional materials or trading goods at or near the Event is prohibited unless prior written permission is obtained from the Organizer.
3.5 Ban Enforcement
Violation of these Terms may result in an immediate ban from the Event and future Events organized by the Organizer. Legal action may also be pursued.
4. Illegal Items and Substances
4.1 Substance Abuse
Visitors under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances may be denied entry without refund. Visible intoxication or impairment is grounds for removal from the Event.
4.2 Drug Policy
Possession, use, or distribution of drugs and other illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Upon detection:
Possession of up to 5 grams of soft drugs may be surrendered voluntarily. Refusal to surrender or possession exceeding 5 grams will result in transfer to the police.
Use, possession, or dealing of soft or hard drugs will result in detention and transfer to the police.
4.3 Weapons and Dangerous Objects
Possession of weapons or objects that can be used as weapons is prohibited. Detection will result in immediate transfer to the police.
4.4 Legal Consequences
Any criminal activities will result in arrest and handover to law enforcement authorities.
5. Recording Devices and Privacy
5.1 Prohibited Equipment
Professional film, video, and photographic equipment are not allowed without prior written consent from the Organizer. Unauthorized equipment may be confiscated.
5.2 Consent to Recording
By attending the Event, Visitors consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. The Organizer reserves the right to use any images or recordings for marketing and promotional activities without compensation.
5.3 Surveillance
The Event premises may be under 24-hour video surveillance. Recordings may be used for security purposes and, in case of incidents, may be shared with law enforcement.
6. Liability
6.1 Assumption of Risk
Attendance at the Event is entirely at the Visitor's own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
6.2 Hearing Protection
The Event may feature sound levels exceeding 85 dB(A). The Organizer is not liable for any hearing damage or adverse health effects. Visitors are advised to take appropriate precautions.
6.3 Force Majeure
The Organizer is not responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
7. Medical Needs
7.1 Medication Policy
Visitors requiring medication must present an official doctor's declaration. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect medication and accompanying documentation. Medication may be held at the first aid post if deemed necessary.
8. Tickets and Refunds
8.1 Ticket Purchase
Tickets must be purchased through authorized channels. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel orders that appear to be intended for resale or are in violation of purchase limits.
8.2 Resale Prohibition
Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes without the Organizer's written consent.
8.3 Event Cancellation
If the Event is canceled due to circumstances such as COVID-19 restrictions, tickets will be automatically refunded, excluding service charges.
8.4 No Refund Policy
Except as specified in these Terms, tickets are non-refundable. This includes denial of entry or removal from the Event due to violation of these Terms.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Organizer's official website.
9.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
